PIE adaptor

can anyone provide me a link with a pie adaptor...i have like i think the 3rd generation ipod.

Does your iRiver have a headphone jack-output? If so, yes.

You'll need a minijack (headphones) to RCA adapter. This is locally available at your Radio Shack store or similar.

That cord is listed as 'web only' but, that's exactly what you'd need -- and they have them in the store.

You should just upgrade ur HU, instead of dropping $100 on the pie adapter, It will make ur system sound better..

100....versus 1200 for the eclipse or avic.....dont think so

i like my 6 disc in dash too much to.

Well I guess if you are set on a full feature head unit rather then a basic HU, and dont have the money for the full feature, then the pie adapter is a better choice..

what else can a new HU give me besides nav/dvd

Actually, they will want the Stereo 3.5-to-RCA plug. The pic above is a Mono plug. Just FYI.

Here is a stereo 3.5mm plug :
