I orded my new grill from the Roush website, recived an e-mail saying order being processed,and then nothing else. How long did it take for you to get an e-mail saying your order was shipped? How long did it take to recive your part?
I placed the order Sunday evening and recived the processing e-mail Monday morning.

Maybe I am just too impatient.

 

roush is notorious for crappy customer service/shipping interface...sit tight, it'll ship soon, if it hasn't already-hopefully.

 

i ordered mine on the 12th and haven't gotten any emails yet

 

I just saw how the grille went up in price again. I should have acted sooner!

When I ordered mine it was on backorder. I actually had to call to find that out. I waited a month for it....well worth the wait though. Also, they charged like $55 to my debit card right away......and then were supposed to charge the rest when they shipped it. Well, I got the grille....and then they debited the remainder of the balance for the grille like 2 months after I had already installed it. Great product....not so great service.

 

I ordered my grill on 2/7 and it arrived via UPS on 2/13.

After placing the order I received no emails or any information about the order. It was shipped from Cookeville, TN. My location is Tupelo, MS about 250 miles form Cookeville.

Will install when it warms up a bit.

 

Four Wheel Parts did the same thing when I ordered a bed cover for my Ranger. Charged the card right away, when they hadn't even received the basic order from the manufactor.

Mine came three days after I ordered mine, no problems at all. I was actually surprised it came so fast. I also got it for $150 about 1.5 week ago. Awesome grille.
