Remember when you knew what your motor was in good ol' American cubic inches?

1.00000 Cubic Inch = 0.01639 Liters
1 litre is about 61.02 cubic inches (61.02374)

5.4 X 61.02 = 329.5 cu.in. +/-

+1... even my Lightning is read as a 330ci.. the 5.4 is not a 331ci..

330 (cubic inches) = 5.40773112 liters
281 (cubic inches) = 4.60476498 liters

Little note: The little ole 302 was never really a 5.0. It wont even properly round up to 5.0. They probably did that to keep it from looking like the 300 six?

302 (cubic inches) = 4.94889333 liters

the vortec 5.3 is a 327...I heard they claimed it as a 325 as well.

A real easy way to do it Liters x 60 = ci. ci.divided by 60 = liters...not exact but close.

Well, its practicly there. People liek 5.0 better than 4.9
