Westin Bull Bar

I was wondering how does the black finish hold up to rock chips, salt, etc....and do you wish you got the full chrome? i have a true blue and dark shadow gray 04 FX4 Supercrew and i can't decide whether or not to get the black/chrome or the full chrome.

also if you have pics that would be great....Thanks!

MInes black and it hold up fine after a year. if its chip its hard to see, just use touch up paint or add clear M3

I think you should go with the black one, unless the chrome would go better with the color of your truck. Ive had mine for about 2 years now and its held up great and looks good.

If you are worried about the bull bar chipping, get it sprayed with rhinoliner or line-x. Mine has been on for about 3 years now, and looks better than brand new. It actually gets used as a push bar instead of just a light holder. It would look good on your truck to get it done in Dark shadow.
