Roush Intercooler Installation

IDK if you guys saw my thread in the supercharger forum but I ordered the intercooler. It should be here sometime this next week so I started tearing it down today. I wanted to post some pics of the progress as it goes along. It's amazing how easy it is to get this thing back apart. I had all of this out in less than 2 hours so this should be an easy install. Here is what it looked like before.......

Here is what it looks like now....... got the intake, filter box, S/C, manifold, and PCM off.

$2750 shipped and that includes: different intake tube, airbox, and filter with cold air snorkel, different intake manifold, intercooler, front mount heat exchanger, coolant pump, coolant reservior, bigger injectors, larger lower pulley (which I already have) and a new PCM tune.

Aight, I got the kit yesterday, took some pics, and finished up the installation today. It was a lot of work, moreso than the standard kit by far. I had to custom mount the coolant reservior because I don't have a fan shroud anymore and I didn't put the intercooler where it told me to. They want it to be put behind the condensor and in front of the radiator, but I don't want hot A/C air blowing over that thing. I put it out front and I plan to get 2 small ~5" fans and put on either side wired to come on with the pump. Computer will probably be back in tommorow so I can take it for a spin!

Great work matt... thanks for sharing the pics.

Looking forward to hearing how you like it once you get the PCM back.
