5.4 and tranny f150 vs. 5.4 and tranny f250/350

I know some people and myself who are curious about this. Does ford use the same motor and tranny (5.4) in the 150,250, and 350?

the 2005 F-250+ got the same 3v 5.4L as the 04+ f-150s. the tranny in the F-250's+ is a 5spd auto or a 6spd manual though... its not throttle by wire either.

Wish I could get a 6 speed manual in 150 . I was kinda mad when they told me no manual with a V8.

The swap would not be compatible with much, i.e. Edge programmer, stock shifter (probably wouldn't protect the tranny if downshifting at high speed), etc. I'd love to see the swap but I'd be curious how they'd get around the electrical issues.
