I have thought about getting a programmer but im still unsure if they are worth the money. i think the cash will be better spent on exhaust

Instead of parenthesis, you would use open square bracket and close square bracket. And of course you would use the URL of where the pic is posted.
So you copy the URL of the pic you want to your clipboard, and I am assuming you know how to do that. (And I don't know what system / browser you are on so without that info I am likely to give you wrong info).
Then make your tag like thus...

The AAL will make the truck ride a little stiffer than stock, but it will also increase carrying capacity, so it's not neccesarily a bad thing.
