I still don't understand how Saleen says the hood won't work with the stock front upper bumper. . I could see how it won't work with the Saleen grille but how would the hood be effected?

Ya I don't get that either. To me it looks like you could almost get any piece you wanted and still be fine with the other parts being stock.

My best short time to date was a 1.93. I'm planning on some drag radials (smaller diameter) and I'm finishing up my long bars... I'm hoping to hit maybe 1.85 60' NA.

But I won't be N/A for much more than a week. lol.

Hey guys, I think the front bumper is pushed out more(it looks like it) and the hood is probly extended more to reach the front bumper. Just a thought.....

Well i went to the Saleen troy plant in michigan last week and the hood will fit with stock bumper no problem. I confirmed it with a few guys at the plant.

The grille i can get seperate. It does have the saleen tag on the right hand side of it. Ill have to get the pricing for you guys, and it will fit the stock hood.

I can get the saleen sc hood too but know one wants to know the price yet. It will be a few months and they will be very reasonable. They arent selling as many trucks as first anticipated and that causes alot of extra cost on the stamping and tooling of the hoods. If i were to order say 100 of them i can do them for probably under $1000. But right now they are double that.

I am working with saleen on some really cool ideas for the F150 trucks.

Ill post some pics of my trip but there i saw 750 2007 Harley davidson 5.4 3 v trucks suited with Saleen superchargers!!! We already have pulley, airkit and tune for this things to gain 60 more HP!! They havent even hit the dealer floors yet!

BTW our saleen truck is pushing 12 psi and 470 RWHP now with the aid of our new 6 rib 10% overdrive crank pulley, it added about 2.5-3 psi boost and a boat load of TORQUE!!! Looking for 12's at this weekends Fun Ford Virginia race.

ok does the Saleen supercharger use one belt drive for all the accessories including the blower or is there a dedicated belt for the blower? If there is one belt total and you have a crank pulley for that then I am VERY interested.

p.s. that sucks about the hoods-for now I guess.
