I've also heard that there is little to none axle wrap when you go with a lowering kit. Like this one here: http://store.roushperformance.com/detail.aspx?ID=539

These aren't ladder bars. They're just going to eliminate the axle wrap. They won't lift the front of the truck any. Ladder bars would be MUCH better.
I have two, (5') foot pieces of black pipe for the bars them self. I'm gonna cut them to the desired length. Those smaller, gold colored brackets will be welded to the frame. The pipes will connect from the rear to the front and Wah-Lah.
