Hesitation??

My truck is not running right. If you "blip" the throttle while in park, it hesitates to rev up. Bogs down for a second. Sometimes under moderate-heavy acceleration.. it hesitates and stops pulling for a split second..

I bought a new fuel filter to replace and was going to get O2 sensors... but they're $102 each!?! 43k miles... I guess I'll change them soon.

I'm gonna clean the brand new MAF tommorow and change the oil and fuel filter.

Any other ideas as to why it's doing that?

That's where I got that price...$102.

Just regular ole O2 sensors work.. not "vehicle specific?" o2's?

I fixed the problem. Who ever the idiot who installed my blower didn't tighten the air filter to the intake tube enough. Opened up the air box and it was just laying there... suckin' in all kinds of un-filtered air.

O well.. I fixed it to where it won't come off again unless I want it off.

My throttle body is fine.. It got a little cleaned over the summer.
