I'm calling BS. Sorry, but the Duramax-equipped ones are the fastest trucks out there, IMO.

I ran a guy I work with a while ago i his regular cab duramax...

It wasn't even a race. Pre-planned race on a back road at 1AM after work.

That was before the supercharger. I'd believe you got him by a length.. maybe two.

I raced my Super Duty with my old F150 and it blew theF150 a way from a stop and from a roll at 15mph, 45mph and 60mph....each time the same result we would mash on it....you could here the turbos spool up and the truck started pulling on the f150 like it was sitting still. We ran a little over an 1/8th and the SD was ahead buy 10-15 cars easy.

And that was with wifey driving the SD...she had no idea about spooling up the turbos and such....she just mashed the gas and went.

Yet, if the chevrolet would win, you would see guys in here whiniing how the chevy 2500 HD Duramax isnt a real truck cause it's obviously built for speed. Where as the F-150 is built for payload and towing.. Who cares about going fast right guys?

Damn I just capped on pretty much the entire forum...

You are correct. I still see nothing wrong with having cake and eating it too.
