Who says he didn't have a TSB performed which required new rotors and pads?

This is how i look at it:
Value wise it seems like a good deal. It may have been driven rough but it may not have. If possible talk to the owner, although I'm sure he will tell you it was driven easy.
Its only got 25K miles so you have 11K miles left of warranty and you could always purchase an ESP.
I say if it drives well then its a go. I'd also say take it to a mechanic you know and trust and let him evaluate it

The only way a warranty can be voided is if something went wrong in DIRECT relation to the mod(s).
Being said, if your engine blew up for some weird reason, they can't deny you warranty because of your suspension lift, as it does NOT have anything to do with the engine.
Also, since I noticed that it does have some engine mods, they will have to show identifyable proof that say your aftermarket intake caused the motor to break. Which is VERY hard, and usually a mod like that won't make an engine break... unless it fell apart and say a screw fell inside the intake manifold... but they've got to have proof.

A dealership can do as they please. If they don't want to warranty your truck because of the mods, they will find a way not to. Just like some dealers require you to have all maintenance records (including oil changes) before they will touch your truck. Warranty or not.
