Tried the oil (didn't work)
Ran silicone around the lens and housing (didn't work)
Took fogs off and realized there was algae growing in them both, down at the bottom in between the lens and housing. Probably due to some of the ruts at the ranch after heavy rain (whole lower bumper gets submerged sometimes)
Tried shooting water up in them both (didn't work)
My fix......
1 left fog light $38, 1 right fog light $38, Getfordparts.com
Should be here this week.

The drivers side fog light on my truck was like that, I took it in under warranty and they replaced it. Then about 3 months ago the light had moisture in it again, I decided to try turning the lights on to see what happened. After about 30 seconds it was gone. I have since put grease on the seal between the housing and the bulb, lucky I haven't had the same issue since.

This was a common problem on these trucks. It has nothing to do with the type of bulbs you have or whatnot.... it's a poor housing seal from the factory that Ford's well aware of. I've had mine changed without a problem since and no questions asked at the time.
Even if you're truck;s out of its warranty period, I'd take it in for a replacement. I bet they change it.
Good luck.
