If you're thinking Roush F-150's can't Tow...
...Guess again.
Last week we towed the 3800 lb Mustang with 300 lb trailer 100 miles over 4000 ft in elevation changes and that Roushcharger got the job done with plenty of power to spare. That included 4 adults and one little one and about 500 lbs in the bed.
We climbed the pass with half throttle and 2nd gear in the wings. I've never experienced accelerating up a hill of this grade at 7300' elevation while still pulling almost the entire truck weight to boot. Passing power+65MPH+7300' DA+7% grade+5000 lbs in tow =
And did I mention we were getting 14.6 MPG to boot. If you're looking to tow (and tow confortably), get yourself supercharged. You won't be disappointed.

If it was a U-Haul tandom axle carrier, it was DEFINITELY heavier than 300lbs. lol
It should weigh in around 2000lbs. unloaded...

I pulled a Bobcat B100 Baby Backhoe, sticker on it said 5700lbs and the super heave duty trailer that weighed at least 3000lbs maybe more. Nothing but a flowmaster in place of the stocker at the time. Truck sure knew it was back there, especially trying to stop. That is 9700lbs. Ford claims 10000lbs. Guess they are right. For FORD!

I mean like 2700 lbs of rocks, fill the bed up with wet snow, haul my tractor around in the bed, 2 yards of wet mulch, haul around a 1 ton iron lawn roller (don't ask how I got that on there... let alone roll off), and about 3000 lbs of short steel... probably more... but it'll keep adding up.
My '99 I used to haul around a 32ft boat that weighed about 6000 lbs, moved gym equipment (barbells, weights of sort, and machines) totalling about 3500 lbs, 10 full loads of topsoil in one day, 3 loads of driveway mix in one day, 40 bags of 80lb concrete, and furniture, etc. There was sooooo much I hauled with the thing, it wasn't funny.

yeah i tow my equipment trailer at least once a week and it weighs anywhere from 3000 to 7000 lbs depending on whats in it. i always use my towing tune which cuts back the timing and increases the moderate load shift points.they say that your towing capabilities are cut by half with a supercharger, and that may be somewhat true, but i believe if you keep the gears lower and the rpms on the higher side while towing, you can push that limit a good ways
