Does your truck have the auto-headlights???
Cover the sensor, leave the auto switch on all the time
Price-Free
Or, if they allow it, buy some cheapy driving or fog lights from Walmart or the like and wire them in with a relay hooked up to a switched wire.
Price-25 dollars

i dunno, i think youll have to get the real deal, theyre getting really stiff with it up here, with the can. dollar so high theyre trying to deterr anyone from buying american cars and importing them. it might need other things too, theres a list online somewhere ill see if i can track down a link for you.

That Registrar of Imported Vehicles site posted by xtylerx has all the info you need, but if you can get that module then I'm sure the truck will fly through the inspection without any other hitches.
