Does anyone know or have experience with installing a 2004-06 factory 6-disc changer HU into a 2008 F150? The 08 is an FX4 with a factory single disc HU and I want to install my old 04 FX4 factory 6-disc changer into it. When I installed the factory NAV in my 04 the HU mounting depth was slightly different.

Is there any difference in the mounting depth or bracket alignment on the HUs (non NAV) between the 08 and 04?

Are there any differences in the wiring harness connections or antenna connectors?

In 07 the antenna connector was changed. Adapters are available. I believe the harness plugs are the same for all years.

That I don't know about, just try mounting it and see if it fits.
