Question about power window problem

I know a lot of you guys have had problems with the power window, and i too have the same problems where it takes forever to lower and raise it and have to press the buttons a hundred times to get it to respond. Anyways, what is the dealer doing to fix it? is it the motor or the power connectors? Thanks, i just wanna know what my dealer is going to tell me is the right thing.

Same here. My front passenger is the only one. It doesn't close all the way so I get wind and outside noise constantly. Next oil change it's getting fixed.
