Whos running 4.30s?

I have a 2wd 4.6 with the oems 20s, and wanted to upgrade gears. have heard alot of complaints about noise with the 4.10s, so wondering if people were having better experiences with 4.30s?

Any input would be great.

if people complain about the noise of their 4:10's it means they have them set up wrong. Gear size and noise are not related.

Actually Motives can be set-up perfectly and still make noise. A lot of performance shops around here won't even install them. If you don't do a lot of highway driving, I'd go to 4.56s and you'll have a huge grin on your face.

I do still do a decient amount of highway driving so I was really looking into 4.10s but when almost everyone I've asked on this board says they have gotten whine from them I am wanting to look for other options bc I know I would not be able to stand the noise. Anyone actualy have 4.30s, or anyone with new body style that doesn't have issues with 4.10s?

A 4.30 may be a little overkill unless you are running 33 to 35" tires.
