Adding power pedals

Has anybody added power pedals to a '08 F150? I did search but didn't come up with anything. Can somebody help out. Thanks.

I'm pretty sure he's talking about adjustable height pedals.

I couldn't get enough of them either, but could you get one to do this?

Sorry to hijack the thread, I would also be interested in anyone having managed to add the adjustable pedals. Where did you find parts and how hard were they to install?

If this is what they are why would you want to adjust pedal height? Why not just move the seat up?

I'm planing to add them to my 06 Lariat at the end of the month with help from Patman03SprCrw in Austin. I've found all the parts (except the wiring harness which I just haven't researched yet) at www.forddiscountpartsaty2kford.com. Pedals, switch etc. running around $320 so far - without the wiring harness.

You have to be careful cause there are two different pedals depending on whether or not you have the power driver seat with the memory function. I may have PNs and wiring diagrams etc that I can share if you want to drop me an email to glenmoyer@comcast.net.

Remove the panelon left side of steering column by your lower left leg, I do not have the power pedals but the wiring is already there to add them. The plugs is clipped to the back of that panel where the switch would be.

They are on my truck but I wouldn't buy the $150 option again. I can't remember the last time I moved them. I had to have them when I got the truck but I think they are a waste of money.

I respectfully disagree. I had them on my 03 Expy and loved them. I drive cross country several times a year and often do 8 - 10 - 12 hours behind the wheel. Having the adjustable pedals made it possible for me to change positions, helping to stretch my legs as it were and made for a much more comfortable journey. Plus I was able to set my seat back further from the wheel where I like it and still reach the pedals easily. For my money they ought to be standard equipment.

x2, my seat is all the way back and my pedals are as close to the firewall as they can get. I have never moved them in the year I have had this truck, nor during the 3 years that I had my 05.
