Will OEM painted door handles on a 2009 King Ranch (not sure if non king ranges also get painted door handles in 2009) work with a 2004 f150?

are you buying them from somebody already painted?

the new 09 Lariats and FX4 Luxury package also come with painted handles. But if they are like the 07-08 handle parts, they only come primered and ready to paint if you order them from the dealer or online parts dealer. Only the Mark LT handles come painted (with a chrome pull strap) if you buy them from the parts counter or online.

 

So the new 2009 handles are the same as a 2004 handle?

They sure look the same in all the pictures. Also, DearbornDerek who works at Ford said they were the same.
