truck has been running bad

My truck has been running bad, changing spark plugs this week, but yesterday sitting in traffic the wrench light came on and i went to give it gass and it wouldnt go, i even put the pedal to the floor and still nothing. Turned the truck off and on and it seems to be running ok now.

mine did the same thing a couple of weeks ago...I hooked the diagnostic tool to get an error code but nothing was saved into the system. I also notice it idles rough at certain times but other times it idles smoothly which makes me believes its the spark plugs. I'm waiting till the snow melts and everything is dry to change them. From what i've seen on the forums, it looks like an eventful process
