Yup, my front badge is just like that. Peeling and chipping off. I didnt realize other people were having the same problem...I assumed mine was just from rocks chipping it away.

I wonder what is different because it seems as if no '04-'05's have this issue.. May be remotely related to the square vs round fog issue, lol J/K. But my '04 emblems look great.

It really sticks out on the black.
Well just picked mine up... jerks did the same thing. It's not too too bad but there are a couple new chips right next to the emblem on the tail gate. Whatever I guess. The hits just keep coming.

From what I've seen, the 05's have the peeling "F-150" badges on the fenders and tailgate and the 06's have the delaminating FORD ovals on the grille and tailgate.

Wow my oval emblem hasn't done anything like that. But my fender emblems did peel really bad. I took it back to the dealer and they fixed it no problem under warrenty. No questions asked. But after I saw how easy it was to pull the decals I am going to upgrade to 09' embems for sure.

But if you are still under warrenty from my experience they will change it no questions asked.

BTW...my 06' is fine on the oval emblems, but my fender and tailgate block emblems is what peeled.

If your warrenty is up then I would say your best bet is to get some 09' emblems and change them your self for the fenders, or maybe check ebay for the oval emblems to replace on the grille and tailgate.

My rear emblem is doing that as well! How much are new emblems for the front and rear?

Looks just like the one on the grille of my 06 Lariat when I bought it in Nov 07. I bought one off ebay for $20 since I wasn't the original owner. I soon thereafter replaced the grille with a Roush grille so it didn't matter anymore.

Yeah, mine did that when I had my stock grille. I didn't want to buy a new one, so I run emblem-less.
