I've got the NCD kit for 4x4. It's a solid kit, I've had it for about 50,000 miles with no problems.

huh? and why?

a 2" (or 1.5", 2.5", 3") leveling kit for a 4x4 will work 100% fine with a 4x2...and lift it the same amount.
