Hello Liner......

First off, I'm a camo freak ! :-) My boat (which is my dream boat BTW, and was hand picked from whatever G3 I wanted, after a sponsorship deal) is Mossy Oak Shadow Grass.... and yes, it came that way.

Anyway "way back" before I even had my new 08' F150 in my hands yet, I had already ordered the Camo Clad kit, to do my rocker panels.

Another thing I decided (before I had my truck) was that I was going to black it all out..... First off, because I like the black out look anyway, and secondly, because I think camo goes WAAAY better with black, than chrome. {BTW Jolly Green, I really like your truck.... the green paint is awesome.... but I wouldn't camo the bumpers like the other guys are saying, I'd black them out.... but that's just MPO of course}

So, I finally got my brand new F150, and just started going crazy with it, doing all of the mods you see in my sig, plus a few other things, within the first 4 or 5 weeks I owned it.

But about the camo rocker panels....... hmmmmmmm........
Here we are 7 months later, and I still have the Camo Clad kit right here in my closet, but I still just can't decide.
If it were up to everyone else, it would be a "no go" based on a 30% yea', do it.... and a 70% hell no, don't even think about it.
Of course, everybody will tell you, "Who cares what everybody else says... it's your truck, do whatever YOU like".... Hmmmm. Okay. Well what if YOU like camo, but you don't like a bunch of people talking crap about your truck ?

Anyway, what do I like ? Well, I think my truck would look better "with the camo rocker panels" > while I'm towing my boat < (which this time of year, is most of the time) but I think it looks better without the camo rockers, when I'm not towing the boat.
So, I'm still not quite sure.....

But I'm at about 45% do it.... and 55% don't do it.

Anyway, check these two shots, and see what you think. The one with the camo rockers is Photoshopped of course, but it should give you a good idea....

BTW, even on this subject, I'm the oddball..... as nearly everyone who I've asked, is completely "for" or "against" the idea..... while (very unusual for my far left ***) I'm somewhere in the middle :-)

Anyway, no matter what you do, you will still have a really nice truck. Hell, it's an F150 ! :-)

Peace,
Fish

DO IT MAN, i love to see one of the f150 in camo. or Flat Black, but I don't like the camo on posted link though, since the truck is big i would blow up the camo detail, 10 times or more, make it pop, finished with clear gloss on top that would certanly make this camo POP out instead blending in, post pic when u done

Green Giant - how is that camo holding up for you? I went with a Camo4u kit since they offer a lifetime warranty against fading.... no one else would do that. Will try to post my own pics soon.....
