Thanks man!

Well, i haven't researched it yet, but i'm assuming the emblems are just glued on like other trucks.

I'm going to keep the front and rear Ford badges, but lose the 3 F150 badges and the 4x4 stickers.

Other times i've debadged vehicles, just wait for a warm day, get out the heat gun and gently apply heat to the outside of the badges. Then, take 20# or so test fishing line and 'saw' the badge off using the line between the emblem and the body. you'll then be left with glue on your paint, so use Goo gone, or citrus juice & WD40 to get it off, and voila! all done.

the 4x4 stickers should just peel off with heat.

I'm trying to find some pics of other debaged oxford white trucks and make sure it looks good. or will do some simple photochoppin

If you wanted to completely debadge the truck, then yes you would have to pull the badges, weld, and respray the panels. Because there are holes behind the all of them. But if you just wanted the badges to blend with the truck you can just paint them and then get inlays from patriotdecals.com. I bought these from a another member here and now have them on my truck and it looks alot better, IMO. These are pics of the badges on blackout-fx4's truck, I don't have any of them installed on mine yet.

Damn those are pricey! May just stick with some chrome overlays for now and see how they end up looking.

Thanks for the info re: debadging. That's kind of disappointing but i'd rather find out now than after i tried to take them off. Maybe those overlays are the answer to break them up a bit.

Here is a post where I describe how I painted them black on my dark shadow gray truck. I also added the dark shadow gray inlays from PatriotDecals.com and they look way better than just leaving them black.

Your truck looks great! i'm going to try to get my hands on a spare emblem and practice a paint/decal application like you did before trying the ones on the truck, but that looks like the direction i'll take.

There are some GREAT looking trucks on this site!

yup definitely do! they make it look like a lariat

and if you do go with handles covers just get the levers so your truck will look like the lariat chrome edition
