Looking At Buying This Truck Need Input on Price!
I'm getting ready to move to Colorado and have been looking at getting a truck with 4wd to have out there. I have been trying to find an 08 and get a deal on it and I think I found the one. Give me some input on if you think the price is right. Specs are below.
MSRP- $41,000
$7500 in rebates and working on not paying the add for the lift and tires. Should bring the bottom line to about $31000.00 This is the same dealer I bought my truck from in December and they have had this unit for awhile 547 days to be exact according to the sales manager.
08 Lariat Crew Cab all the bells and whistles
4'' rough country lift kit with 18" Moto Metal Chrome wheels and 325/65/18 Nitto Terra Grapplers
Bull Bar
Chrome Step Bars
Bedliner
Let me know what you think on the price. My biggest problem is I'm upside down in my truck from a previous lease that I got out of. Should have all the final numbers in the a.m. and then make a decision.

The 09's are an option but it would have to be a extended cab to fit my price range. They only have $3500.00 in rebates and I need the extra money on the 08's to cover my negative in my truck. The whole Loan to Value Problem. But If I can get an 09 for the same price I would definitly take it!

*REMEMBER* they need you to buy that truck more than you need to buy it.
if you keep that in mind while you are at the dealership then you will get a better deal!

yeah, but dont forget that the '08's will be worth a lot less when you trade it in. the '09 may cost a few bucks more now, but you will get that back when you trade it in. i bought mine as a left left over in '06 (paid $26,200 *sticker was $34,950) the deals are out there..

Update-
Don't think this deal is going to work out. Talked to the sales manager this morning and he didn't seem to eager to make a deal. There loss. Maybe they will reconsider after the truck has been on their lot for 550 days ! They have to be paying interest on the truck by now I would think.
