Question about 35" tires and warranty...regarding leak

Hey, I was painting the underneath of my truck, which looks great, and noticed some leakage on the passenger side caliper and splattering on my tires. I had a friend look at it and he said it wasnt the caliper leaking and that the only thing it could be is the axel seal. We also checked the diff fluid level and it was really low.

Anyways I called the Ford dealership and set up an appointment to take it in, its under warranty until 2011 (drivetrain only) and am worried about the dealership saying that the problem is caused from me having 35" pro comps on it. They have only been on there since mid-late November, so not long at all.

The truck is a 2005 FX4. 50,800 miles and 35" tires. Thanks guys any ideas about the leak as well as warranty?

I had same problem with the axel seal leaking. The Dealership I took it to had no problem with lift and the 37's I had on at the time. All covered under warranty. Good luck!!
