I just put my dash back together.

Everything went back smoothly except the A-pillars(plastic piece where the handle is above the door).

It won't line up with the dash correctly, they leave a gap. Both pillars are like this. The only thing I can think of is that they got bent when I took them out, not sure though.

Has anyone else had this problem?? I'm thinking of just getting some double sided tape or something to get it to fit right, but was wondering if anyone had this problem and fixed it.

There is a little hook on the end of them that latches in the outer edges of dash cover


I had the exact same problem...but I could never get that hook to stay put...so I just left it alone. You couldn't tell unless you were really deeply inspecting anyways

 

Same here I couldn't get mine to stay lined up. Mine did fall back into place by itself after some time.
