About to 100k What should be done?

Hi I have a 04 screw FX4 that has 90k. I know its time for plugs but what else should I maybe look at tuning up? I just did new fuel filter 2 weeks ago and wow I have so much better throttle response. Can anyone tell me what they paid to have plugs changed I am in the middle of farm season (2000 acres) and just don’t have the time to mess with the truck so im going to pay and yes I know its going to cost me but cant get around it.

Thanks

plugs, oil, fuel filter, air filter, trans flush, diff flush, coolant flush, serp belt

This should all be covered in your owners manual

'04+ trannys dont need to be flushed I remember reading, plus flushing it so late usually ends up in transmission problems, i'd personally just let it go.

I dont know why everyone is translating transmission drain and refill into transmission flush. Two very different things. All that needs to be done is the drain and refill.

A transmission service includes dropping the pan, changing the filter and relpacing about 7 quarts that are lost when the pan is dropped. A transmission flush does not include dropping the pan, but hooks a machine to the tranny that pumps out all the fluid, about 15 quarts, runs a flush chemical through it, and then fills it with new fluid. The flush generally costs about $40 to $50 more.
