Yes it is.
I used to sell Dodge trucks (Jan-March 09) and we would joke about how much they copied Ford. Not so much the design but the trim packages. They were the first to make their trucks feel bigger with the high stance, big grill and 20" wheels which Ford and Chevy have both followed. Basically if it’s a good idea other companies are going to imitate it. The new console shift they have on the new rams is pretty nice too.

dodge did copy it with the look a bit but they've had the Trx4 package out for years and the TRX4 logo and colors seem to be the same (atleast it is on my friends old dodge which he got like 4 years ago)

So what if the dodge is a fiat? lol thats like saying a Lamborghini is a VW lol...but really its owned by audi.....who is owned by VW....who is owned by porsche lol

What I can't wait to see is a Hemi powered Fiat 500. That alone will make the merger worthwhile.

i agree with you. I wouldn't buy anything but a Ford truck.

now if you could take a cummins (not made by dodge)
an allison tranny (not made by GM)
and drop them into a Ford truck...now that's automotive harmony
