just over 108k on my 04. had the plugs changed at 100k and broke 2. Other than that, no major problems that i know of (other than putting up with it sounding like a diesel. )

79,000 on my 2005 but since I just moved up to New Jersey from South Carolina I think the drive home will start to run the miles up quickly.

My 06 work truck has 308,000 on it. All original, only fluids changed and the plugs I think.

Thats an awesome feat for the 5.4 3v! I guess the 3v is just as reliable as a 4.6 2v, maybe more if taken care of!!!.........

I was getting my inner tie rod replaced and the guy at work who also has an 04' 5.4 STX starts telling me that his has 260,000 miles on it, it has never had any front end work done, it still has all original fluids in it and it threw its first code last week. He's not sure what the code it but he is pretty sure it has something to do with the spark plugs cause EVEN those are still the original ones! So basically he just changed his oil. Ill take a picture of it tomorrow when if he is there, it looks like King Kong picked his truck up and dropped it a couple times, I hope mine lasts longer than his cause I actually take care of mine.

308,000 on 2006

Well, it has had ball joints, tie rods, alternator, battery, water pump and things like that replaced but the core of the engine is still the same. The way I see it, the things they have replaced or fixed are pretty much consumable parts anyways; like tires. Our work garage does regular service and maintenance on them.
