Update on mine.

75K miles and new plugs, rear passenger window regulator is going out, TPS sensor (replaced) and throttle body (cleaned), new starter, new flexplate. Just around $2000 in repairs (mainly labor for flexplate to drop tranny). Everything else works great.

80,291 miles as of this afternoon...

Only real problem was tranny at a little over 60,000.
Replaced by dealer for 100.00 bucks!

Other then that new COP's and plugs... Along with regular maintance...

92,000 on my '04, using Mobil 1 oil and adding Techron injector cleaner every 10k miles. Still on original plugs and truck still get's 17 mpg highway. Most of the miles have been in the last 2 1/2 year's.

Oil changed every 4K
2nd set of plugs (one-piece this time)
2nd set of Wrangler Silent Armors –(sweet tires)
Tires balanced every 10K (want to stop front ends problems-balance your tires often)
Tranny fluid changed every 100K
Loose wire for the throttle @49K
Front rotor @89K (ask for the more expensive American made steel –solved the warping)
Rear caliper- sprung a leak @ 175K
Swapped out serpentine belt /pulley @ 175K (gatorback-Great)
New alternator- @192K

Front cats are next week

Friend of mine has an 04 with 155k on it. He is the absolute WORST when it comes to maintaining a vehicle. I would guess it's been washed once in the past 3 years, maybe....

Plugs were changed at 140k, oil is probably changed every 10k at BEST, and nothing else has ever been touched on the truck and it still runs like a champ somehow.

Mines an 06 I bought used, has 70k on it but nothing has been replaced. I drive 25k a year minimum so it will run up quicker with mine. I change the oil with motorcraft oil/filter every 2 months and will just drive it till it quits and then probably go back to a 1 ton. I love this truck but the fuel mileage sucks so bad I'd rather have the extra *** of a turbo diesel.

We have several f150s at work, I drove one of the parts runners truck 250 miles the other day (round trip). When I got back it said 259,625. 2007 F150 FX4 4 door. I seriously think all they have done is change the oil in that one. It felt like it needed a tune up but no weird noises.

172k on my stock 5.4 3V. still runs great. change the oil when it supposed to be changed, change the fuel filter every 40-50k miles and about the change the plugs soon. I'm sure it'll last well past 200k if I keep up the maintenance.
