What is the overlay.....tint, black paint, etc...?
i have been wanting to change the color of the emblems for a few months now and i finally found yours. It looks great and is exactly what i am looking for.

The overlay is a vinyl decal and I got them from patriotdecals.com, webxtremes.com also sells more of a variety
