New cover, tailgate emblems, new pics: 06 FX4

Found a good deal on a used extang RT soft cover so I threw that on. Also have the emblems on the tailgate finished, the fender badges will hopefully be on next weekend.

Also ran into some bad luck today, the caliper piston did not release when I let off the brakes and put on a little smoke show as it was pinching the rotor since I drove about another 15 miles to my buddys house for the fix. About a 100 bucks for a new caliper at napa and its fine now. The pads look like they were recently changed so I scuffed them up a bit and put them back on the truck. Anyone else ever have a caliper freeze up like that? I didn't bother changing the other side.

I woulda had them on weeks ago but patriot decals is really ****in around on this one, they sent me an email saying they lost the pattern for the FX4 inlays on the badges. The last 2 times I emailed them they said they "can't find" any 2009 FX4s at the local dealers to get the scoop or whatever. They just recently sent me a wrong order for badge overlays too

One of mine locked up. Ford mechanis said it was because of all the brake dust.

Changed the caliper and the pads. Wagner TQ...

My one caliper in the front stuck, within 2k miles every other one stuck too, prematurely wore out a front wheel bearing from the heat on my drivers side, its getting replaced this weekend

I can imagine, lol! I work in town too. weird we have never seen each others trucks around.
Probably just as well for me, my truck has begun its blackout/ different wheels/tires/exhaust and all stage so it looks weird cause its no where near done, lol. My new parts are takeing forever to ship..

your truck is coming together great. I went a different route to begin with on mine and regreted it, so I'm starting all over. Thank god for the internet as I've sold most of what I didnt want anymore for good profit so far.

I have a big azz skidoo sticker in my rear window so if you ever see me track me down!!
