unless you have a Supercharger install, the Street Boss is the equivalent of a Roush Stage 1.
They do a few PCM tweaks...and possibly install a CAI. You should have a Roush sticker somewhere under the hood by your A/C & Drive belt sticker.
It's basically just an appearance package that a few Dealerships slapped together. Sorry I can't be more specific. They only made them in 2005, and not alot of them. Shortly thereafter, Roush went to the Stage 1,2,3 setups.

No supercharger, but there is a sticker under the hood. It says authorized Roush modifications and there are 3 entries, but I can't read the guys writing!! I don't think anything major was done to it. Hell they didn't even put "fake" dual exhaust on it!
Forgive me, but I have no clue what PCM tweaks are, and according to a mechanic, no CAI.
Thanks,
Mike

Luckily I got a great deal on the truck. Almost 15K off sticker. So basically I got the Street Boss mods for the price of a regular XLT.

the writing is the PCM code strategy the tech used. Roush + Ford work hand-in-hand on alot of things. They are one of the few companies that Ford has opened up the door for. Shelby is the other company they do this for.
congrats on the truck. got any pictures?
