Billet grille ??

I just bought an upper and lower billet grille off ebay.
it says its a replacement grille.

has anyone bought and installed one of these?
how difficult is it?
the add says some cutting and drilling required.

I installed a Carriage Works upper grill in mine. Fit is second to none and took a little over an hour to install. Pretty simple install.
