I'm way to late to this party but I have to say I haven't laughed this hard in years. I've seen some funny stuff on these forums but this one takes the cake. It just goes to show you it takes all kinds to make the world go round.

You said you did take the oil pan off. Then a crossmember was in the way for removal so you put it back on. WTF

Note to self: don't put rubber hose down oil pipe.
