Try a clay bar kit. Send the painter's a bill because it's a lot of work to get overspray off.

Find out if other cars have the same overspray. If many other cars have the same thing take it in and get the whole ar re-painted. send the bill to the painting company. Thats BS, it happened at the company I work for a few years back. Company said they would buff out all the cars the smart employees had their cars re-painted and the painting company covered their bills.

DO NOT USE ACETONE! Acetone is a fairly "hot" solvent and will damage your clear coat. (I used to run a painting department for a Fortune 500 company.) As other have already stated, a clay bar (with proper clay lubricant) will generally do the trick. If you're not comfortable with the process, take your truck to a professional detailer. Since the painters are paying for it, get it done right.
