P0022 Intake Cam Over Retarded

So my truck, 2007 5.4, started shaking really bad and had zero power to move and finally threw a code..

P0022 Intake Camshaft Position Timing Over-Retarded (bank 2)

Any thoughts on what this could be?

You may need to replace your cam position sensor.
Also Check the connectors for corrosion.

My problem ended up being a piece of screen broke off and stuck the solenoid open. I consider myself lucky that it only cost be about $75 and not a new engine.
