Gonna look into the brake motive set, looks like a good deal. I got so much I gotta get done on the truck. Change plugs, change brakes, couple other things.

Hey Dozer

Was just curious (since it's been a few months) how these brakes are doin for ya. Any complaints or compliments? Just ordered a set for the front today, they don't have any for the rear on my truck, so it really wasn't much of a deal for me, but I kinda knew that going into it since I have the h.d. payload package.

edit: never mind, I see you posted less than a month ago.

I understand that Bigmoss, I was simply asking for a more recent update, and if you have a read through my post you'll see that I edited it. Thanks anyway.

I put 2004 f150 rotors in the Ebay search engine and on the first page I found them for $146.

Mitch150, sorry haven't been on in a while. The brakes are great. The only complaint that I would have(and it doesn't really bother me) is when you first start out and the brakes are cold, they squeel. After the first couple of stops they are very quiet. They still perform much better than stock, I have absolutely no pulse in the pedal and absolutely no dust. Even after towing my utility trailer loaded up I have no dust. I'm still very happy with the purchase and would buy them again.

Sorry to hear your having issues with squealing. Have had this brand on the truck for, I guess a few weeks now, and I am pretty pleased with them. No squealing to speak of, they are very quite for me even at a cold start up.

I have had mine for over 5 months and mine do not squeal either. I am totally pleased with them and would recommend to anybody.

The squeeling doesn't bother me as it doesn't last more than the first couple of stops. The shorter stops more than make up for it. I would buy them again and probably will, my wife chewed up a set of brakes on her mini van in 23000 miles.
