Climbing curbs for Dummies:
First, you ease into the curb while riding the brake until you make contact then give it enough gas to pull on top, then brake going down the other side so you don't slam it. repeat same step for the rear of the truck. By doing this proven method you will not have a bent frame.

Let me fill you in on something. You can't treat these trucks like they do on the commercials. You know, driving fast over a field of boulders, dropping 3K into the bed from ten feet high, etc.
Those trucks on the commercials are toast after they are done with them.

for my age i pay low premiums. thats what i meant. im in that under 25 age range where mpi likes to not give you 25% off. but I guess I'm lucky and get 25% off.

My buddie had an '82 Ford Courier - brings back memories, when we got stuck (sand or mud-usually the back end had dug itself in) both of us could pick up the back end and reposition the truck on solid ground - no need for 4WD! We beat the daylights out of that truck.
