2WD Wheel Bearing.. Separate hub or in the brake rotor?

I am a little confused. Need to replace the front wheel bearing on my 2WD 2006 SCREW. Is it part of the brake rotor or a separate hub?

It is all one piece, bearing and rotor. The hub nut requires a deep 36 mm socket to remove the rotor.

It's a part of the brake rotor, and to chasnge the bearing you have to buy the Whole assembly. Crappy but that's how it is. There is an alternative though.

Is there such thing as a 2-piece rotor/hub replacement?

Thanks for the option Stealth, but the truck is for sale and I didn't want to let it go with a bum leg.

A set of new rotors it is.

The bearings ARE actually sold now, but most people choose to go with the assy. I guess I would make the choice on the condition of the old rotors and the cost of the bearings.

Anyone know if Brake Performance rotors come with the bearings?

I noticed NAPA had them available. I ended up throwing a Duralast rotor on, it took less than an hour. No press in my garage so the $80 difference was worth it.

Just got off the phone with these guys, and they do come with pre-installed bearing in the rotors.
