I'm starting a Prerunner project with my 2004 fx4 Supercrew. (inspired buy the raptor, but i want mine to kick its ***.) I'm living off of E-4 pay in the military, so its going to take a while until I get my re-up money. That's why I'm buying the parts in steps. Right now i have a leveling lift, and I'm sic of the stock (skate board) wheels, but I don't want to go spend $1200 on some new tires, only to replace them with 37s a year later. Figured since I have to buy fender flares, I could mount the fenders and with the leveling lift, fit the 37s on 18x9s 4.50 backspacing. Right?

BTW: Flares are a 4inch flare 3 inch rise

 

I'm pretty sure you will have to lift and/or some serious trimming to fit 37s. I really doubt if they will fit with just a leveling kit.

 

instead of getting fender flares for a prerunner project go with extended fenders you will need them if your willing to go with a long travel kit like the raptor

Haha Misprint, my bad, those fiberwerx fenders are exactly the ones I'm planning on getting. And thanks for the link. That was the most detailed build up i've seen.
