2004 - 2008 F-150

HELP any ideas?

Yea im not very pleased even when the truck wouldnt work on the side of the road I was trying to check fuses but I couldnt get any of them out of the panel and Im not a mechanic. What should I do here try calling the service manager?

absolutely...id call his mother too. contact him and see what he can do. dont be aggressive as soon as he picks up the phone...explain to him calmly the situation, and how it should have never happened. If his techs are that inexperienced that they didnt think to look at the fuse panel..... maybe they should goto the cheby dealer and work.

He might get pissed if I say that lol. Im not gonna be aggressive Im gonna let him know the whole situation and see what he says did I tell you I live over 200 miles from this dealership

Nope I placed a call to the service manager. Im gonna jump on amtrack to go get it thinking maybe thursday.

Just got off the phone with the service manager hes a strait shooter hes gonna do some investigation and get back to me

that $200 does it also cover the tow some people have a problem trouble shooting maybe the next time they will check the power source first step one.

I havent seen a tow bill my extended warranty picked me up and they refuse to pay for the service bill so guess they will just pay the tow bill

just a thought the fuse blew for some reason when you get it home i would really check it out and carry a extra fuse with you.

Your right they are blaming my amp steps and the air compressor

but were these units on and running when the fuse blew or they needed something to blame besides themselves for taking 4 hrs to figure that a fuse had blown.
