Best Head Light - Fog Light replacement bulbs

Looking for opinions on the best replacement bulbs for the 2004+ stock lights and fog lights, I might be tempeted to replace the headlight housing with something, projectors, but I don't want to rewire.

Headligts:

Phillips Extreme 9007

Sylvania 9007 Silverstar Ultra

PIAA

Fog Lights:

Nokya H10 55W Arctic White

I run PIAA Intense White bulbs in my truck, and I love them! they're so much brighter than stock imo. They are a little pricey though, I payed $100 here in Canada for the set, but they are defiantly worth it. And I don't know about fog lights cuz my truck doesn't have 'em lol.

i believe your headlights are H13 I have heard the Piaa Xtreme/Intense white are the best, and as for the fogs i run Silverstar 9005 not the H10(9145) cause they are brighter and it has not melted my casing unlike others have said.

I have heard that the larger volume rectangular fog lights are more forgiving with regard to heat dissipation. Might be why you can run the 9005 55w? and not melt anything while others with the round fog lights will.
