Guys what plug should I install in my 07 lariat 5.4. Make and part number and maybe the cheapest place to buy. Thanks

Motorcraft SP-507 or SP-515. Rockauto.com. Be intimately familiar with the current TSB and have a Lisle extraction tool available.
