Pictures from the weekend

Thought some of these looked pretty cool... started up the mountain at 11 didn't get back down until 4:30 without even firing a shot which is what we went to do. I was either pulling someone out or getting pulled out myself. But at the end of the day we ended up having about 45min of light to do some shooting at another spot.

And yes I know my wheel and tire set up isn't ideal for the conditions but the truck is new and I cant afford to change it yet!

Stuck

On the way back down

Not supposed to shoot here but there are always those special people that do.

Finally Shooting

Looks like a good time. Sometimes getting stuck is just as much fun as plowing through it all.

Quality of those pictures are great, what camera setup you have? Doesn't look like a Point and Shoot.

Where was this at?
I've taken my truck off into some pretty sketchy spots on the way up to Mt Baker in the prime of the season, with great results.

At the end of the day it was a fun little trip. The camera is a Nikon D3 I believe have to give all the credit to my buddy. Here is his page http://www.flickr.com/photos/jtink/with/5402154461/ he has some pretty incredible pictures from his trips to Yellowstone. He drives the white STI.

The shooting is in the gravel pit off of i-90 exit 38. The others are from the Tinkham road exit which is a couple exits east of that. It was deep rutted out slushy snow.
