Knocking in rear brakes. Need help!!!
Here is the situation. I replaced the e-brake shoes (inside each rear rotor) and the rear brake pads. I got everything put back together but now I have a knocking sound. At about 10-15 mph the noise starts from the rear wheels, can't decide which side. The noise goes at the same speed of the tires rotating. When the brakes are applied, the noise stops. The noise also stops when in reverse, even at speed. I would perfer not to pull everything apart again, but that is the next step. Help please!!!!!

Chances it was the rotor could make sense. I went ahead and put new rotors on this afternoon and the knock magically disappeared. My new amazement is that it took 4 hours to change all the pads out on Saturday. Now that I know what I'm doing, I tore the rear end apart and put it all back together in an hour.
Thanks for the help guys.
