These measurements are for a 2005. Front and rear badges are the same size.

The front and rear badges measure 80.96249 wide by 203.2 long.

The steering wheel badge measures 22.224999999999998 wide by 57.15

 

Looks interesting but I want to make sure I understand the whole "overlay" concept. Is this simply a sticker that you place over the badge? My other question is shipping.....from Europe....

 

correct... on both...patriotdecals use to do them but can no longer

 

do you just want it to say Tonka? Im sure you could get it cheaper and probably faster from patriotdecals. They just arent allowed write ford related stuff (ie Ford, FX4, FX2, F-150, Raptor SVT...) on the decals, but other things are ok.
