My 05 f150 with the 5.4l 3v over heated and lost oil pressure. I later found antifreeze in the oil pan. So i need a new motor can anyone tell me where they had good luck getting a new motor or a place that they had bad luck with that i should stay away from. allso how hard are these motor to rebuild i have been told that i should not rebuild it becouse they have so much problems with these motors.

How do you know you need a new motor? Oil pressure could be a few different things but antifreeze in the oil pan could be something as simple as a blown head gasket
